coach Martin

Head Coach/Owner

Coach Martin is from Phoenix, AZ where he attended and was an All-Region player for Greenway High School,  and then played for nationally ranked Glendale Community College in Glendale, AZ.  He then went on to further his career at the University of South Dakota and Wayne State College.


Coach Martin began his career as an assistant football coach at Baker University, and his coaching background includes stops at Glendale Community College (AZ), Minnesota State Moorhead, Bethany College, and Sacred Heart Senior High School (KS).  Coach Martin's coaching experiences have been primarily as a college QB/RB/WR position coach and offensive coordinator, however camp related position instruction and 2 successful stints as a defensive coordinator has added a diverse perspective to his coaching approach.  In addition to coaching in his own programs, Coach Martin has also been involved with prestigious high school prospect camps for Division I, Division II and NAIA, as well as private camps across the nation.  Coach Martin continues strong relationships within the profession, as well as a driving initiative to mold the potential of young athletes into reality.

Assistant Coach

Coach Anderson is a Kansas City native. He grew up playing for the well-known little league organization, the Missouri Wolverines; moving on to the high school level where he earned a 4-year letter playing offensive and defensive line at Oak Park High School; topping off his school career with the Offensive Most Valuable Player and Team Captain.


After committing to play football at William Jewell, Anderson found passion in coaching. Instead of playing further, he decided to start his coaching career.


Starting off as a flag coach for NFL-FLAG, winning multiple championships and competing for Regional and National flag championships. Coach Anderson is now in his 5th year of coaching football as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach and Special Teams Coordinator at Oak Park High School and he is currently in his second year of coaching with STFFA. 

coach Biggs

Offensive Coordinator

Coach Biggs is a product of the Kansas City metro area.  A graduate of North Kansas City High School, Biggs was a 3-year letter winner and contributed offensively as a QB and WR, as well as playing in  the secondary; both as a Safety and Corner.  Coach Biggs continued his career at the collegiate level as Wide Receiver at Missouri Western State University in the competitive MIAA.


As a coach,  Biggs has a great deal of valuable experience in a number of different platforms.  As a personal skills coach, he has mentored a number of youth athletes  at multiple positions.  In addition, Coach Biggs has over 11 years of experience as a coach at the youth and high school level.  Currently, he is the Varsity RB/JV Head Coach for Park Hill South, as well as owning and operating his own nutrition stores in the Northland.  Coach Biggs' comprehensive knowledge of the game will provide every athlete with a great opportunity for success.



coach Bray

Administrative Coach

Coach Bray was a product of Truman High School football program in Independence, MO.   After providing military service for our country (89-92), Coach Bray initiated his own business venture and currently is the President and CEO for Braco Countertops and Cabinetry


Coach Bray comes to STFFA after a long successful career with youth athletics.  His experience and contributions to Missouri youth football in the Northland and surrounding areas are impressive.  Since 2008, he has been a valuable assets to some of the areas most recognizable football organizations, the Missouri Wolverines and Berserk Sharks.  He provides STFFA with a champion pedigree and a football background that covers a large spectrum of positions and responsibilities to include Head Coach, Offensive and Defensive Coordinator,  Board member, and spearheading initiatives to form valuable alliances with local high school coaches and community organizations.  In addition to the championship caliber field performance, Coach Bray's involvement with the construction of the reputable Berserk Sharks Football Organization is a direct reflection of his influences within youth athletics.  A USA Football Certified Coach since 2014, Coach Bray is a regular attendee at Kansas City area coaching clinics.

Assistant Coach

Coach Loran was a product of Park Hill South High School football program in Parkville, MO.  A lifelong Missourian, upon High School graduation he attended the University of Missouri and majored in Business Management and Political Science.  Currently Coach Loran is the Regional Manager of Installation Services for the 9 state Northern Plains division of Home Depot installations through Crew2. 

 

Coach Loran is starting his first year with STFFA after a long career in youth athletics in the Northland.  He has 17 years of Middle School aged coaching experience with the last 9 serving as the President and Head Coach of the Parkville Vikings Youth Football Club.  He has served on the executive board for the Vikings for 7 years, and has served on the North Suburban Youth Football League Board the last six years, including three as President.  He has made a name for himself working with Quarterbacks, but has served in numerous positions as a Quarterbacks Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, Assistant Head coach, and Head Coach.  He has served as a strategic leader for growth for both the Vikings and the NSYFL, using his extensive contacts throughout the city and football community to strengthen his organizations.  A USA Football Certified Coach since 2015, Coach Loran is a regular attendee at Kansas City area coaching clinics and combines.

Assistant Coach

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Coach Washington finished his high school career here in KC, at Shawnee Mission South. He then chose to accept an offer from Avila University in 2001, where he was 3 year starter as a cornerback, finishing his career with 9 ints, 20 pass break ups, 1 sack, and 2 defensive touchdowns. 


Coach Leon Washington has now been coaching football for the last 13 years on multiple levels including, Pop Warmer (FCCJC SMNW Cougars) , Kansas City Elite Youth (Kansas City Outlaws) and at the high school level (JC Harmon High School, Blue Valley Northwest, Olathe North, and currently with state champions Gardner Edgerton). Washington has also been a defensive coach for the 7v7 Elite Tournament Team “Empire” led by former Kansas City Chief Samie Parker.


Leon owns a sports and athletic training business called Grind Hard KC where he mentors and trains local athletes. He is passionate about developing top athletes, great students and finding these athletes college opportunities.
